Guangdong Chigo Air Conditioning Mould Factory is an enterprise subordinate Guangdong Chigo Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. (Group). Starting production in October 2002 and situated inside Chigo Industrial Park in Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, the factory has 3600m2 workshops, a total investment of RMB23 million and 128 employees (including 3 senior engineers, 13 professional design engineers and 36 technical workers). Our main business is injection moulds for air conditioners, OA, articles for daily use, home appliances, motorcycles and automobiles. Besides, we also have rich experience in designing and producing precision moulds for toys, cell phones and others. Our general manager and engineering manager are senior personage of mould industry and peerless senior engineer of the profession.
We have a series of high-precision, high-speed and automatic equipment for machining numerical control moulds, excellent professional talents and skillfully used CAD/CAM/CAE systems. In design and manufacture, we introduced the state-of-the-art standardized Japanese system and machining technique. From R&D of products to delivery of moulds, we always observe a rigorous, scientific and efficient process flow to ensure the structure, quality, productive capacity and service life of our moulds reach national advanced level.
